I would want flowers, music, words(their thoughts, musings, prayers, questions, things they don’t say out loud), water, a candle or a lamp, something from nature(seashells, feathers, stones),and also their own creations like art, poems, paintings.
i always think about how i used to feel when i couldn’t see my friends until the next day at school. when i had something on my heart to share but they weren’t a text away. a call maybe, but why? i’ll see them tomorrow. i feel that giddy excitement lingering.
