The Board should have Business people as well. The Board cannot govern the clubs who chooses the Board members.

@BdJcricket @KNCBcricket ….When other pace bowlers are sitting outside. Why did captain not bowl when 2 right handers were batting. What did the team analyse the Namibians when they do not play fast bowlers well. Having one person as coach and chief selector, is not the right way.

@KNCBcricket @BdJcricket Time to have the coach take the ownership and resign. Wrong team selection with no specialist pace bowlers, spinners costed the match. Also KNCB management should take ownership for not organising enough practice matches.

But the team selection raises a lots of questions- why play Tendu when he is not sent to bat earlier, Why not play Ben who is one of highest run scorer when Bas did not get a chance to bat, why play vandergugten when other

@cambo_19 @KNCBcricket KNCB should implement a selection panel like AU, NZ, UK. Dedicated Batting coach, bowling coaches ( pace and spin) to support the head coach will help each of future stars on their path to become world class cricketers.

Also performance can only be taken into account if it is consistent as it averages out any specific day outcome, like turf wicket, dropped catches, playing against Dosti etc. Etc… KNCB should implement a selection panel!

Watching the last few games of @VOCRotterdam kept wondering that looking at the playing styles of all battters, shouldn’t Tim, Corey & Dirk bat at 5,6,7. Pieter and Arnav should be at 3,4 with slow scoring build up. Tim and Cory then come from 35-40 overs and accelerate!🤔

Shouldn’t we in Netherlands involve Private Companies to raise the profile and seek investment in cricket? This will allow companies to be partner in developing cricket and invest into facilities and resources to grow youth cricket and senior cricket. @KNCBcricket @cambo_19
