For me to pay the bills I will require tangible evidence of the actual gas used, we are no longer in the middle of winter yet it will be estimated from over then as we only moved in October. @ofgem where do I stand with these missed appointments & 3 estimated bills?

@OVOEnergy today was the second time an engineer hasn’t turned up for the appointment, my gas meter is not working at all so my bills are being estimated & apparently when the new one is fitted it will somehow send readings that haven’t been recording since December 🤔

Can’t see how that’s possible when the metre will need to be set to zero, can this be fully explained how something that isn’t recording can send information please? I will be stopping paying my bills until my metre is fixed and you can bill me for actual usage and not estimated
