Robodebt. We Australian's are thieves. The only thing many of us did was to at one time have sought financisl support and years later to get punished for it. Criminals get the benefit of the doubt so what does that make every Centrelink customer?

@PhilipJohnBrow2 I hear u, shame they don't get it but let me guess..the 'system' won't allow us to fix it. Wrong details are false, a lie but to Centrelink they use that against u. Fake debt is the best example. Admin error on their part. U think they fixed the issue? No 😕 So here we go again?
Over half a million calls took longer than an hour for Centrelink to answer between 28 Feb and 31 May 2018.
That works out to over 2,000,000 calls per year taking longer than one hour to answer. ~6,000 per day. 2 million+ hours on hold.

My son was also rejected for #NDIS support - he has schizophrenia, unstable type1 diabetes, cirrhosis of the liver & other ailments. He is on Disability Support Pension with a carer (not me) & he won't get better. NOW WHY WAS HE REJECTED??
@Centrelink I need to find out if my enrolment for my child has been set up with Centrelink, I did it through the app but how do I check that it’s been approved? I have been trying to contact the child care line for days and been get busy tone!! What’s going on?
@Centrelink Thanks centrelink, just had to call back because one of your employees stuffed up an earlier enquiry, got someone who xferred me to the wrong dept despite me asking to speak to newstart, and then your system hung up my call automatically because it was knock off time
@kiss_modar@Centrelink i spent an hour on phone yesterday reporting income they won't let me report online (royalties) - thought occurred, i'm lucky, my calls are free - wtf would i do if i hadn't lucked into this phone plan? I'd have to go in and report at counter. (am disabled, not easy to do)
