When you start out from leaded, you have a well-entrenched leaded beer palate.

Starting a Yerba Mate culture.

The other one is my coffee booch from 2020 when the pandemic shut down my chance to move into a commercial kitchen. Frozen for almost 4 years and restarted. Tastes great but it’s struggling to get fizzy.

Heavy snow right now. Ramsey, NJ.

First snowblower pass was 4-5” and by the time I was done less than an hour later, another 2” or so had fallen where I cleared.

Great storm. Snow is heavy but at least no sleet or frz rain!

@the_transit_guy The third image is some of what I saw when I traveled from Baltimore to NYC as a teen in the early 80s to see a girl I met on vacay that summer.

Her family picked me up at Port Authority. The drive over to the LIE was like a war zone as we headed out to Massapequa.
