For everyone who is new to this account there are a few actions which you should be taking.
Find out who your representatives are and contact them to let them know you're against USCIS green card vaccine mandates. Most representatives are unaware of this mandate.
@accordingtokeri@Saveourrepubli3@JeanneIves@Riley_Gaines_ Yes, it seems to be only for in-country adjustment of status. Consular application still has the requirement. RFKJr confirmation is likely going to adjust the CDC schedule and remove it.
@NoGreenCardVax@Riley_Gaines_ Could we confirm that the vaccine mandate has been dropped on form i693 which is the Report of Immigration Medical Examination and Vaccination Record, that is also a part of the consular process for legal immigrants?
The hearing on the preliminary junction is scheduled for 5 o’clock today, the attorneys are aware of the confusion regarding adjustment of status versus consular processing. I expect that to be addressed with the court.
@booboo_gh@theHFDF@MendenhallFirm@USCIS There's some uncertainty if it covers only some applications (AoS) or all. Either way a great sign, and your efforts helped a lot!
@mkolken Thank you for all your efforts! Could not have happened without you!
Is this for all green cards, or only those that are Adjustment of Status? What about consular applications from abroad?
