@accordingtokeri @Saveourrepubli3 @JeanneIves @Riley_Gaines_ Yes, it seems to be only for in-country adjustment of status. Consular application still has the requirement. RFKJr confirmation is likely going to adjust the CDC schedule and remove it.

The hearing on the preliminary junction is scheduled for 5 o’clock today, the attorneys are aware of the confusion regarding adjustment of status versus consular processing. I expect that to be addressed with the court.

Is this for all green cards, or only those that are Adjustment of Status? What about consular applications from abroad?
