Here's what caught my attention:

1. Innovation that moves beyond ideas: Innovation hubs and stronger partnerships between academia and industry to help startups turn big ideas into real businesses.

2. Jobs with purpose: A stronger focus on value addition in mining and agriculture means more industrial jobs and more opportunities to build careers at home.

3. Backing entrepreneurs: Platforms like the Zimbabwe Entrepreneurship Exchange (ZEEX) aim to make it easier for SMEs to access the capital they need to grow.

The real opportunity isn't in reading the strategy it's in being part of it.

Zimbabwe's greatest resource has never been what's beneath the ground; it's the talent, creativity and ambition of its young people. #NDS2 is a chance to prove that.
