@R0b0tSp1der @freshyjmp @cmuratori It is not as if this is a rare story. Combining overpriced cloud services with bad technology choices and general over engineering makes it really easy to incur a 100x cost overhead. Lots of businesses just don't care because it is still a "small" expenditure.

@xkcd Fun fact: Everything is monochrome, pixels are either white or black, except the rounded corners of the frame, those are anti-aliased with gray colours. If it weren't for those corners the whole image would compress much better as a 1-bit png.
