I want to take a moment & remember that there is a whole new wave of people experiencing mental health challenges for the first time. Let’s welcome them, when they come to social media to find help, hope, & compassion. We’re all comrades in arms & we can help & give them hope!X0

@KarenUnrue @h_e_y__y_o_u_ @karibowieHertel @grow_your_wings @combatanxiety @Synch_YourMind @screamyourmhout @TraumaWritings @BirthTrauma @DartCenter This is where I’m at now, finally. And if our young friends can hold on long enough, while practicing loving kindness to themselves, over time, the body memory doesn’t linger as long.

[karen unrue @KarenUnrue]

I was so angry at the fact trauma symptoms were disrupting my life and plans that,to be honest,I didn’t give a f**k about acceptance-It felt too much like giving up. Now I know acceptance is the seed that contentment and transformation grow out of. Who else has discovered this 😊

[Mo Meek @NoMoStigma1]

@teambluestate What we need the most of now!!

[Mo Meek @NoMoStigma1]

R.I.P. dear M.S……I hope you knew how many people love you and are shocked & mourning for you. Please reach out for help, if you’re feeling life isn’t worth doing your best to seek help. It’s OK to not be OK.

[Mo Meek @NoMoStigma1]

@zaynmalik You have the love and support of so many..I’m one..prayers & strength for you and a peaceful outcome. God bless you, Always..Mo

BREAKDOWNS DO’NT HAPPEN TO WEAK PEOPLE - they happen to strong people who’ve been strong for too long through the hardest of times carrying the heaviest of histories

@startinganew13 Yes Jody!! This should be taught in school. Unfortunately some of us learn much later. One shouldn’t wait to learn this truth. But I guess later is better than never!! This is one of life‘s biggest lessons!! 🤙❤️😎
