During elections eve , every party pays channels for social media campaign. Workload jumps 5–6x. That's how political digital promotion works and who knows that better than you . In 2024, when I handled digital media under you , we paid 50–60+ channels the same way. Mainstream media gets the same.

What your people leaked was election-time campaign spend for a specific program across multiple channels and Instagram accounts that Ilaya bharatham had coordinated . You've twisted it into "₹10 lakh a month to silence me." That's not just false — that's synthetic twisting, CJP style.

If I took money in April to speak against you, how was my channel still giving screen space for your content and letting people give interviews in support of you till four days ago — until you spoke about CJP?

When I was in charge in 2024, I didn't take one rupee for my channel. In 2026 I am not in charge anymore. I hold no party position.The channel can take ads from anyone. I've still told my team: only BJP or NDA campaigns. And that money covers running costs. This channel loses money, and you know it better than anybody else. In fact, every month I put money from my own pocket to cover the expenditure — and I do so because we need a right-wing space here. Team Ib has worked relentlessly to reach this subscriber base . All boot strapped .

Unlike some around you who got rich using your name, buying land and cars, I never did that. That was my only point.

And you're releasing BJP's internal documents after walking out of the party. That is a breach of trust. Anyone who held such papers while in the organisation knows you don't dump them the day you leave. How low can people stoop?

Selectively leaking this the moment someone questions your stand isn't courage. It's desperation.

My friend had an argument with her boyfriend and blocked him on WhatsApp and Instagram. Since yesterday, she has been indoors, checking her phone and waiting for him to reach out. I asked how he would reach her when she blocked him everywhere, and she said he has her email. She’s expecting an email or for him to show up at her house.

Appa always used to pick up and drop people. His side of the family or my mother's, it never mattered. Railway station, bus stand, airport- picking up and dropping off was his thing.

I grew up watching him, then joining him on these trips, and somewhere along the way, it became my thing too. For about 25 years now, I've been doing it willingly, out of my own choice.

On my wife's side, no one does this. My friends and cousins don't either. They all ask me the same question: "Why the hell are you doing it?" Why take the trouble when people can make their own way, especially in today’s day and age of Uber and Ola?

Of course they can. That's never been the point.

Appa was doing more than getting people from one place to another. Watching him, I learnt that caring for people could look like going to the station, waiting for a train, or driving someone to the airport.

They don't need me to do it. I want to be there. That's yet another part of Appa I've chosen to carry forward.
