Very different strategies and Ryanair strategy is not easy to replicate. KQ customers may not stay if they adopt Ryanair strategy. Ryanair low cost is built from ground up(eg few plane models means they can get volume discounts on training pilots, buying spares, etc). They are training pilots on few models and buying spares for few models. This allows them to order in advance. Plus many other things which KQ will have a hard time replicating.
