I was recently told that approaching a woman with the explicit purpose of a romantic relationship was evil and objectifying.
I'm now learning being friends with a woman and falling in love with her ovrr time is also evil.
The conclusion: I am evil for wanting to love.
I tried to order a book documenting Native American attacks on settlers in New England and the only available copies were over $400. That's what a "banned book" looks like.
But the Left wants to pretend The Handmaid's Tale is some impossible to obtain, forbidden manuscript.
The EU has blocked a chat control skeptics talk on YouTube.
But here’s the thing, the content is in Finnish, and Finnish law allows for this exact thing.
So the EU is currently illegally blocking free press in Finland.
Worth to point out too that the Soviet Union was trying to undermine capitalism and make other countries fail exactly the same, so how come those countries were successful?
That's called a barter economy. It becomes untenable once your village's population exceeds twelve and no one can agree on how many chickens a cow is worth and you realize how hard it is to carry a dozen melons to the market to buy some milk.
It's fascinating how the arab propaganda anime is creating the new discourses of "slavery is good when we do it" and "defending slavery to own the chuds"
The anime goes out of it's way to present arab slavery in a good light, with the very own slaves defending the practice and talking about the "positives" of slavery
"Oh but slaves in the arab world were treated better than in other parts of the w-" Ok, let's take aside how much of that is historical revisionism and propaganda of a slave trade that literally stated that slaves "are not human", and take that at face value. If we are gonna use that argument, then we also have to acknowledge that slaves in Europe and the US were also some of the best treated comparatively to the rest of the world, and yet any instance ever you'll see of slavery in the west will be portrayed completely negative.
Even media showing the slaves living in rich houses who were happy with their lives will be portrayed as brainwashed or alienated people who defended the system for personal benefit. Slavery as a practice is vilified; as it should; and these slaves being treated better than in the rest of the world is never used as an excuse or justification.
But then this anime comes and shows arab slavery as le hecking chungus happy cute thing with the slaves being super happy of being slaves, willing to die for their slavers and defend the system. And people starts to fucking defend that.
Not only that, the anime goes of its way to present everything the arabs do in a positive way, and they handwave the negative things like women being forced to use hijab with just some cute remarks. It's so on the nose that even muslims themselves are attacking the anime for presenting things as way more open and free than their culture really allows XD
Take as a comparison the recent anime Orb. It's the most similar comparison because they're both anime about the pursuit of knowledge set in medieval times, but Orb is set in Europe. Everything about western society in Orb is presented negatively, to a degree that it falls into the myth of "the dark medieval ages". The church is evil, of course, and way worse than it was irl. The injustices of the time like the treatment of women will be constantly presented in a negative light, again to a degree that it exaggerates what it was irl. This is not isolated, practically every form of media depicting real medieval Europe (not fantasy) will be this kind of "dark ages" portrayed negatively. In Spain we call this "The dark myth" and there has been a number of books debunking the concept. What i mean with this is that works of media presenting western medieval times do such an intense job of presenting everything in a bad light that they may as well be anti-west propaganda.
Having watch that and then watch this anime is crazy because they're polar opposites in how they blackwash or whitewash history and it pisses me of how well it is working and making people fall into thinking everything western was evil while the arabs are beings of light who can do no wrong and even slavery is justified
You can watch the anime because it's entertaining and cute; i'll watch it myself; but people should acknowledge it's propaganda that whitewashes history and culture and stop trying to come up with excuses for defending slavery
Also finding out the director is Spanish explains a lot of things because it's most likely that he pertains to the muslim-simp side of Spain who defends the arabs for occupying Spain and claims we are the evil ones for pushing them out :p
Compare the way Tyler Robinson’s father immediately turned him in against the way that the killer of Henry Nowak’s family immediately instinctually lied to police to protect their son.
That’s the difference between Western civilization and failed states.

90% of Twitter's algorithm problems would disappear if my feed didn't include African and Indian scammers pretending to be middle-class Americans or posting bait or stolen tweets.

Reminder: Ben Franklin was the biggest baller of all time
People saying "it's not an issue" because everything looks worse not really knowing what "everything" is
If you're too scared to call out this, you don't care about censorship or the degradation of media... unless it makes you look good.
I'm not a political person & I want to keep this all friendly but this is some crazy propaganda bs

The UK (and the rest of the world) really is going down a 1984 dystopian path...
Nuclear power is the only realistic climate solution. It produces far less lifetime greenhouse gases than solar, and is about the same as wind.
And no, it doesn't make smoke. That's steam you see coming out of the cooling tower. And no, it's not radioactive. In fact, nuclear power produces less radioactive pollution than coal. Coal contains trace radioactive elements that go into the air when burned. 100% of all nuclear waste is contained, and a nuclear waste casket has never leaked in the entire history of nuclear power in the US.
Since solar only works when the sun is shining and wind only works when the wind is blowing, it needs to rely on batteries during non-productive hours. Those batteries are full of toxic metals such as lithium and cobalt, most of the world's supply of which comes from mines that rely on forced labor in Africa. There is no forced labor in the US uranium supply chain.
Speaking of uranium, a single nuclear fuel pellet produces as much energy as a ton of coal. If all of the electricity you will ever use in your lifetime were produced by nuclear power, the total amount of fuel you use would fit in a soda can.
Solar panels and wind turbines also contain non-recyclable toxic materials that we have no plan to deal with once they reach the end of their lifetime, which is only about ten years. Nuclear fuel can be recycled at 95% efficiency. If all of the electricity you ever used during your lifetime was produced by nuclear power, the total amount of non-recyclable waste from your lifetime usage would fit in a shot glass. That's not an exaggeration.
Solar panels also rely on polysilicon. More than 80% of the world's supply of polysilicon is controlled by three Chinese companies. If we were dependent on solar power, we would be economically at the mercy of China, the same country that owns most of those African lithium and cobalt mines that use slave labor.
>be apple
>have factory in china
>china says “we have imminent domain, these factories are ours”
>freak out and move production to India

That is the only reason Sony wants this.
Reminder they have hated the idea of people putting a movie on for their family in their living room for years now because they want everyone individually to purchase access.
Split screen went away for the same reason if I had to guess. Forcing all multiplayer online exclusively means that your friends have to buy a console and a game and a subscription instead of just bring a controller over like we could back in the day.
Never believe these people when they say anything is for your benefit. They're counting on you being a stupid lobotomized normie who doesn't question things.
