Dear @TeamYouTube
My channel was removed since last October for circumvention without warning. My appeals were all auto rejected since then as well. Would appreciate if I could get a proper human review for my case thanks!
@he11dus Can you link me to the video that taught you how to appeal your channel termination? I would like to watch it myself and learn more about how the automated system works
I got my channel back after a termination for spam and all that stuff. Here is exactly how I did it.👇
My channel was terminated back in October 2024 under YouTube policies like spam, deceptive practices and scams policy. It was my first time dealing with something like this and honestly I had no idea what to do.
The first thing I did was submit an appeal through YouTube Studio. If you have ever been terminated, you know that as soon as you log in, you get that option to send a termination appeal. I wrote a basic text appeal and sent it.
Then I just sat there waiting.
The problem is I could not just wait and do nothing. So I went to X and tried to reach TeamYouTube support there. They actually replied, but they did not give me anything useful. All they said was that my appeal was already submitted and I just had to wait for review.
Same day, I went even further and contacted YouTube support through Google Help chat. I was talking to an agent (bot), but they could not explain anything clearly, so they brought in a supervisor. Quick tip, if you want at least some sense of talking to someone with more authority (human), ask for a supervisor. They show up with a purple icon. Not sure if it is a real person or not, but they seem to have more access.
Anyway, the supervisor basically told me there was nothing else I could do. According to them, the channel was permanently terminated and I would not be able to create or manage channels anymore.
I was shocked. Closed my laptop and went to sleep.
Next day I woke up and decided I am not letting it go like that. I started digging through the internet looking for real cases where people got their channels back after termination.
I found a video where a guy explained how his channel was terminated by mistake and how he recovered it. He followed almost the same steps as me at the beginning, but the key difference was that he did not stop.
He kept submitting appeals through the Google appeal form.
There is a separate appeal form outside YouTube Studio where you can submit a termination appeal multiple times. But here is the catch. If you spam it too often, you will just get automated responses saying your appeal is similar to a previous one and you should check the earlier email.
I tested that myself. Sent it twice and got those useless automated replies.
Then I rewatched the video and noticed an important detail. He said you should not send appeals every day. You need to wait. In his case, it took about one or two weeks between submissions to actually reach a real human(???) review.
So I waited.
After about a week, I finally got a response that looked like it came from a real person (???), not the automated system(???). It was still a rejection, but at least it confirmed that a human(???) actually reviewed my case.
At that point I realized something important. These appeals have some kind of cooldown or internal timing. If you send them too often, you just get filtered by automation.
So if you are going to use the Google form, do not rush it. Wait at least a week or even two between attempts.
Then something unexpected happened.
One day, I opened YouTube Studio just to check things, even though I knew the channel was gone. And suddenly I saw that I had the option to submit an appeal again directly inside YouTube Studio.
If you have been terminated, you know that usually after your first appeal gets denied, that option disappears and it just says the decision is final.
But this time the appeal option was back.
I did not understand why, but I did not question it either.
I just submitted another appeal.
No special wording, no magic phrases. I simply wrote that my channel follows all YouTube Community Guidelines, that this must be a mistake, maybe a system error, maybe something got incorrectly flagged.
I even wrote something like I have never spammed in my life and I do not even understand how I could be flagged under spam, deceptive practices and scams.
Sent it and went on with my day.
Then suddenly my phone started blowing up with notifications from YouTube Studio saying your video has been reviewed, your video has been reviewed.
At first I was confused. How can anything be reviewed if my channel is terminated?
And then it hit me.
The channel was back.
They reinstated it, sent a short apology, but of course no compensation, nothing. Just a standard message saying the termination was lifted.
So yeah, that is how it happened.
In short, do not rely on just one termination appeal. Use every possible path like Google appeal form, understand how their automated system works, and most importantly, be patient with timing.
In the next post I will try to explain why YouTube support feels completely useless and how their system actually works behind the scenes.

@Anthony245L@TeamYouTube Question: Is it really 7 days where you have to wait before submitting another appeal? Where exactly did you hear about this from?
@chaosdrive_yt Looks like another AI template which is similar to the one I received earlier when I attempted another appeal on the google form which I was denied a third time. You should appeal again but wait at least a week or more from your most recent appeal attempt
Unfortunately YouTube have made the final decision to keep my channel terminated.
It breaks my heart that it has to be this way, but I want to thank all the amazing creators who supported me, as well as each and every person who tuned in ❤️
@wayofzorro Most channels haven’t received a coherent response regarding this pilot program which honestly there’s no point considering most have already built a large digital footprint on their channels before being terminated. Getting the channel reinstated is the best possible outcome TBH
@KeyBlox06@TeamYouTube Insane that it’s been this long and nothing was done about your channel. Mine went down last year late October and nothing was resolved since then
Hello @TeamYouTube, my channel was terminated for “circumvention,” but I believe this may be a misunderstanding. I did not intend to bypass any rules. My appeal was denied, so I kindly ask for a manual review. Thank you.
@fyrren20099@TeamYouTube Was terminated for circumvention since last year and have not been able to fix this issue. I don’t have any other terminated channels and also never received any warnings prior to this happening which this makes no sense whatsoever….
Hi @TeamYouTube
I recently submitted another appeal for my channel through the google form which was instantly denied within a minute. I strongly believe my termination was an error and am requesting for a re-review of my case thanks
Dear @TeamYouTube
I am officially 10 months terminated for a violation I never committed.
What would it take to get one proper human review of my YouTube channel?

YOUTUBE JUST UNLOCKED A NEW WAY TO DELETE CHANNELS 💀
You can LOSE ur entire YouTube channel WITHOUT doing ANYTHING wrong
@spunkyinsaan20 just LOST 465K subs because someone ABUSED copyright on DESCRIPTION LINKS
NO checks,
NO human review,
Just INSTANT termination!
HOW is this even allowed?
Does YouTube even CARE about its own creators anymore?
Yes or No?? ↓
YOUTUBE DELETED 13 YEARS OF WWII HISTORY
@Panzerpicture
(155K subs) pure archive footage of tanks + veteran stories was nuked by AI for “child sexual abuse” and “harmful content with minors”. Zero kids. Zero violations. Just historical footage.

@GiveMeBanHammer Corpos pushing for total dominance over the world are starting to become a common problem. They 100% know exactly what they’re doing and how they’ll go about doing it while bending everyone to lick their boots in order to show obedience and compliance which ain’t gonna happen
This posts sounds more like Youtube’s CEO is mocking Creators considering the scores of innocent creators demonetised and outright suspended because his “Ai Moderation” seems to be going rogue.
And instead of addressing the important concern, he makes posts like these
Tone deaf
After demonetizing a load of creators, YouTube sees a double-digit uptick in ad revenue in 2026, generating $9.88B of ad sales in Q1 (up 10.7% year over year).
The platform generated more than $60B in revenue in 2025, according to Alphabet, making it the industry’s biggest winner in terms of entertainment revenue.
Is this why they're nuking so many creators so they don't have to pay out?
I had the idea for this meme, given all the stuff going on with YouTube’s AI moderation right now, and I wanted to see if I could generate it with AI.
It came out quite well 😂
