Imagine being 19 years old, going out with a few friends and walking home.

This happened to a young teenager in Wrexham.

Oladele should not have even been in the UK. He is Nigerian and moved to the UK aged 11. His visa expired in 2014 but he stayed illegally.

Then he falsely imprisoned a woman in Manchester in 2022 and was ordered to be deported after his 2 year sentence. The courts got involved and said it would be against his human rights to be sent to Nigeria.

He is now serving a 17 year sentence in a British prison, yet another one taking up a prison space. And in due course this “truly depraved” man will be released and back on British streets.
