@Faustinonono@verifriedburner Haha, love the enthusiasm! 😂🔥 But here’s the real question: if TensorWave closes, where do you realistically see $FRMI trading by year end?
Interesting detail about $FRMI deadline
The October 31 deadline for its 222 MW TensorWave lease falls on a Saturday.
October 31 is the closing deadline, not necessarily the day the deal has to close.
It could close earlier. Both parties could agree to another extension. And if the conditions aren’t met by the deadline, either party may have the right to terminate.
They could finalize everything Friday without issuing a press release until Monday
100K for an edge
Reuters reports Bloomberg, Susquehanna and Jump Trading have signed up for faster access to Trump's Truth Social posts.

BREAKING: THE MILWAUKEE BREWERS ARE WORLD SERIES CHAMPIONS!

@fundstrat you said this was coming.
The World Bank forecasts global commodity prices will jump 23% in 2026.
Food prices are projected to rise more than 10% this year and another 7% in 2027, as war, shipping disruptions and extreme weather threaten household budgets.
Gov. Cyber Security Incident
A leak website says it has released information on more than 40,000 Department of Homeland Security employees, including personnel in surveillance and undercover roles.
DHS acknowledges a potential breach. Reuters says it independently confirmed some records, but not the entire dataset.
Operation Supercharge
The U.S. and Japan have agreed to establish a missile production facility in Japan.
The joint effort, called Operation Supercharge, will manufacture advanced air-to-air missiles used by F-35 fighters as the allies strengthen their regional defenses.
Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has removed Lt. Gen. Brett Sylvia, the Pentagon's top military planner. The timing is significant.
The dismissal comes as the White House considers renewed strikes on Iran. No reason for the removal has been publicly provided.

JUST IN: Chinese AI developers DeepSeek and Moonshot reportedly used outputs from OpenAI's GPT-6 Astra to train their latest models.
The AI race is increasingly becoming a battle over who can copy advanced capabilities fastest.
$KEEL The sleeping giant?
Keel might be one of the most interesting AI infrastructure wildcards heading into 2027.
The market has punished this stock, but look at what’s being developed:
341 MW energized
430 MW secured for future delivery
1.5 GW in additional expansion potential
That’s a serious power pipeline.
But the distinction investors cannot ignore:
Power potential isn’t the same as signed AI tenants or profitable revenue.
I’m cautiously bullish on the opportunity, but financing, tenant contracts and dilution will decide who wins.
🔥 If $KEEL announces a major funded AI lease, does the market rethink its valuation?
Or is the risk still too high? Either way, I will continue to hold.
@tonyutthachai The governance dispute involving former CEO Toby Neugebauer is documented, and the insider linked share sales are worth watching.
But I haven’t seen evidence connecting that dispute to the TensorWave financing delay. Do you have a source establishing that connection?
$FRMI IS MOVING!
Up 10.5% to $2.90 today as the October 31 TensorWave deadline approaches.
Here’s why I’m watching:
222 MW conditional lease
~$6.5B in projected revenue over 15 years
& $AMD credit support already announced
But the biggest question is still unanswered.
WILL THE DEAL CLOSE?
A confirmed closing could remove a major cloud of uncertainty. Another extension keeps the waiting game alive. Termination would be a serious setback.
I’m cautiously bullish, but I’m watching the filings, not just the candles.
🔥 Closing, extension or termination?
What’s your call for $FRMI?

Wendy's ($WEN) has received a $1.4B cash buyout offer from a group led by billionaire Nelson Peltz.
The proposed $7.35-per-share deal would take the struggling burger chain private. Wendy's has not accepted the offer.
$1.4 billion sounds surprisingly low for a brand as recognizable as Wendy's. But, A buyer would also have to account for Wendy's debt and other financial obligations. https://t.co/6ZydoMiJG0
