If you need an appliance, don't use @HomeDepot. They couldn't deliver my washing machine in 6 attempts and now are dragging their feet to refund me. Plus store credit offered for the hassle is conveniently "no longer available"

@HDCares Extremely disappointed that HD tried to deliver a new washer that wouldn't turn on and then didn't do anything to help me get a new one. After 3 calls and 1 trip to a store I got scheduled for a new washer, 10 days after I was supposed to get it.
