Incredibly frustrated by the lack of progress with @youfibre installation. Installers didn’t turn up on the 4th of December. Given reassurances that we would be a priority before Xmas (I have to have internet for work) & still nothing. had to pay my current provider to extend 😵‍💫

Such a life giving session with a couple this morning, their child’s violence 6 months ago had driven a deep divide across the family. Today thanks to persistent use of NVR,violence is infrequent and brief. They’re happy, smiling, relieved and above all parenting as they dream.
