I have applied for new Study Permit application with new college's LOA and Fee receipt, after withdrawing the older one due to the issue of Quebec colleges. And the day when I have applied for New study permit application at that time 4 other peers

Also applied but they have applied fresh files. So the matter is, their applications are under review but my review has been started yet. And yes I just got email confirmation of withdrawal of my old application but it still can be view on secure account and haven't got any
