Why is LG’s WebOS so terrible? Our expensive TV’s apps consistently crash on a daily basis. How is this not solved @LGUS ?

[Ed @NonfungibleEd]

Hilarious because it’s true!

New Sketch update timing is wild

NEW: Public confidence in the Supreme Court just plummeted to the lowest level ever recorded in American history. Only 25% of Americans say they have confidence in the Supreme Court now, down double digits since last year, per @gallup.

Really interesting tool to draw database diagrams using a database agnostic DSL called DBML (database markup language) https://t.co/rrQtn09LWB - so useful!

Something so oddly #satisfying about slicing zucchini when prepping food. #yum #dinner 🤤

The @MartinFowler Test Pyramid has fallen out of style.
Integration > Unit tests is the new conventional wisdom.

In frontend, we now have the "Testing Trophy" from @rauchg and @kentcdodds.

In backend, @theburningmonk's course advocates the "Testing Honeycomb" from @SpotifyEng.

Like working with #react or @sveltejs? Fetch Rewards is hiring a Frontend Engineer (Remote) https://t.co/S1lgtYGGzU via @greenhouse.

Frontend or Front End or Front-End?

Is it just me, and I'm guilty of this too, or is the classic "LGTM" approval on a PR a sneaky way of saying, "As far as I know, this is okay, but if something goes wrong, don't blame me"? 😆

[NASA Webb Telescope @NASAWebb]

#NASAWebb is fully deployed! 🎉

With the successful deployment & latching of our last mirror wing, that's:
50 major deployments, complete.
178 pins, released.
20+ years of work, realized.

Next to #UnfoldTheUniverse: traveling out to our orbital destination of Lagrange point 2!

Why are some people worried about unknown long term side-effects of the vaccine but not the unknown long term side-effects of a virus?

I have to say, I never thought I would miss smelling my son’s dirty diapers, but since I’ve lost my sense of smell from Covid - if I don’t smell them, he’s willing to hide it from me for as long as he can. That leads to a bad rash! Yikes!

[Ed @NonfungibleEd]

Get vaccinated. Stop the nonsense about politicizing it. We have had vaccines for a long time and the country has, for a long time, enforced them. This is nothing new.

[Ed @NonfungibleEd]

@jkup Same with magic track pads and magic keyboards. Why can’t they have easy switches to allow for pairing to multiple devices, similar to what Keychron keyboards do.
