When you go for tests in a hospital, don't let the doctor make a decision based on the first test results.
Do follow-up tests in different labs at varied times.
For example,
- BLOOD PRESSURE: Repeat after, 3 hours, then 6 hours, then 12 hours and then 24 hours.
- BLOOD SUGAR: Repeat after 12 hours, then the next day at 9 am during fasting, and then at 6 pm after OMAD.
- UREA & ELECTROLYTES: Repeat after 24 hours of Fasting, then 48 hours, then 72 hours.
- LIPID PROFILE: Repeat after 48 hours, and then 72 hours.
This is because your body is not a static machine. The biochemical processes in your body fluctuate based on:
- Time
- Fed or Fasting state
- Hydration level
- Physical activity
- Sleep
- Environmental stress
Don't allow a hospital to make a quick diagnosis based on the first test results, because you will be condemned to unnecessary medication.
Most of the time, you don't need those drugs, just modify your lifestyle.
Refuse to be a prisoner of hospitals.
