@webafrica I moved in to an apartment in Jan and applied for WiFi only to be told, the line is active therefore I cannot have any Wi-Fi. I told the previous tenant and he cancelled it with you, but am still told that you did not release the line so I will not have WiFi

He even sent me the cancellation email which I forwarded to sadv. Sadv is saying I can't have wifi the line is still active on your internet portal and they can't do anything because Vumatel is the one to contact you. This is my daily bread. I use the WiFi for my work
