@SimplyWalentino@nigimmigration@Dieux_oint It’s frustrating how the @nigimmigration continues to outsource critical tech projects to incompetent hands when Nigeria is overflowing with incredible tech talent. They deliver a broken app and act like it's an achievement. Sadly, it's completely on brand for this administration
@SimplyWalentino@nigimmigration@Dieux_oint Hi @SimplyWalentino, unfortunately, the app didn’t work and didn't even give me the option to scan my fingerprint after first fail. Because there wasn't a support team, I had to go ahead and book an in-person appointment instead.
@nigimmigration@Dieux_oint@nigimmigration, I did finger print scanning just once and it returned ‘failed after only one attempt’ and directing to book an appointment at the embassy. You put our contact of a WhatsApp number that never responds and email you never get back to.
Why are you guys like this?
@nigimmigration@joewizzi My concern is that, can’t you contract this ‘contactless app’ to competent hands to develop?
Did they even test the app across several OS before launch?
@InquireAtNaija@segalink@DrJoeAbah Terrible execution. The app doesn't work well across different operating systems, suggesting it was never properly tested before launch. To make matters worse, the support team is completely unresponsive on the WhatsApp number provided. Extremely disappointing and poorly managed
