https://t.co/HkrumGXzGe is a massive DB of protein-protein interactions(PPIs). For a list of genes, you can get the PPIs among them (below). It also has gene annotation for 1000s of species for GO enrichment. Just added its API to iDEP (https://t.co/kaZKnaRsF2). Works great!
