#IGAD Ground Water holds a three-day learning event that brings together stakeholders from IGAD member states #Worldbank, #UNICEF, #UNESCO and lead international experts to address key challenges.

In the Inauguration of the meeting, director of Agriculture and Environment Division of IGAD, Mr. Daher Elmi stated:

"Trust-building lies at the heart of this collaboration, and IGAD is actively working towards this goal through initiatives such as the establishment of Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) on specific aquifers, collaborative platforms, and transparent data-sharing procedures.”
