The chart uses an unhelpful percentage that isn't related to population.

@roflm0nster 4x as many Europeans die each year due to heat related causes than Americans from gun violence. Heat related causes have the easiest solution in the fucking world. Meanwhile gun homicides requires a complex solution to bring down crime generally and solve mental health.
