Today is my last day calling races at @GGFracing. These last six years have been a blast-making lifelong friends, calling great races, meeting lots of amazing fans, and watching very talented horse people do what they do best: working with our wonderful horses.
The community at Golden Gate has had to hurdle many obstacles, especially since COVID, yet they continue to work hard, take care of the horses, and do the very best they can every day. For that, we have an extremely admirable group at Golden Gate that I will never forget.
Thank you to everyone at Golden Gate for your kindness since Day 1, the management team led by @annacotsteel and all my friends at 1/ST who have been nothing but a pleasure to work with, the horses for doing their thing, and all the fans/horseplayers who have supported our track and sent so many kind messages over the years.
