I'll be honest, with everything going on in the world, I have struggled to find the #Gratitude over the last 6 weeks.
Then an early morning walk on a crisp autumn morning helped with that.
Around the world, the right to seek asylum continues to be threatened and attacked.
Let us be clear - no matter who you are, seeking asylum is a human right. Today, and every day.
Don't get me wrong, we have a LONG way to go as a society to better fit needs. But, if action starts with understanding, we are making amazing progress. Or at very least raising public awareness. That's got to be good, right?

And here how it looks in July! Not sure I am ready to add Horti-therapist to my CV but I has been a great experience so far. Have even harvested some radishes and peas! (3/3)
For exactly £0 they have provided me and others with a raised bed, seeds, tools and careful guidance about what to plant and grow.

I have never met a librarian who wasn't incredibly helpful, and I have watched them display endless patience with rowdy kids and those unfamiliar with technology.
Yay for libraries!

85% of the books I read are borrowed from the library, who order in what I am looking for if they don't have it.
I take patients to their local branch to use Internet, borrow books, or just show them somewhere warm & safe & calm when they are fed up in their accommodation. 2/3
