Literally the worst experience to date with @kroger pickup. Twice today, I go to the store to pickup my grocery order and had to wait until I get there to be told "they're not ready yet." so now, "maybe sometime tomorrow." Thanks for wasting several hours of my weekend.

@AmericanAir so, what is your policy when you delay my luggage and then the courier yoy contract to deliver my luggage never actually delivers it and instead just marks itnas delivered? Do I file a police report against you for stolen property or what?
