In 2017 when the #PollardsHillWard Labout Cllr @MartinWhelton was the Cabinet Member for Greenspace, the grant of £48,207 to pay for maintenance of 182 hectare Mitcham Common was halved.
Now under @EleanorSW19 as cabinet member, the party removed the remaining funding £24,104.
