It's an emphatic 'NO' to Taylor Wimpey in Normandy: 1 in favour; 18 undecided; 317 against. This is NOT an appropriate site for a large scale housing development.

Thanks, @ThatsSurrey, for highlighting this issue. The release of Green Belt land should be strategic, not opportunistic, and it shouldn't be driven by where a large developer just happens to have an interest. This proposal would destroy a precious habitat for no good reason.

Plans to build 950 homes on farmland outside the village of Normandy have been outlined.
