@Variety a show that's "a love letter to healthcare workers" should never have written out the character embodying the antithesis of bending to system at the cost of patients without at the very least making that exit deliberate from the start with meaningful screentime.
@Ann1393676 @pittintheyuri you can't foster empathy and understanding for staff/ patients when you sideline their storylines for the sake of emmy-bait robby/dana scenes. Notice how the strengths you're pointing out were strongest with Roxie and the nurse episode. both of who got dedicated screentime
