Beijing has placed several US maritime technology companies on its entity list, in the latest round of retaliation, TradeWinds reports. The targeted firms face restrictions on exports, imports, and operations in China.

The move directly impacts the maritime supply chain—navigation systems, communications equipment, autonomous vessel technology, and port infrastructure all depend on components that cross between the two markets.
