Came in at 17g and now 43g.

My garden visitors always seem to dissappear this time of year.
They may have a particular area somewhere that's bountiful with their favourite caterpillars or beetles.
They know they can rely on you/your garden so I'm sure they will be back 😊🦔

#hedgehogs drink a lot of water.
Please put out a shallow dish of clean water during this #heatwave 🙏
Hedgehogs are literally dying of thirst 😢
Rescues are full with abandoned hoglets cos their mum had to leave to find food & water.
I have 14 babies in care now 😳🦔

@Waternymph1967 The hacking was almost the 'nail in the coffin', but thanks to Emma, Carl & Liza for encouraging & helping me, I'm now bouncing back with renewed vigour 😁💪

@Waternymph1967 Donations were really down following attempts to defame me by another #hedgehog rescue in July 2024!
I took early retirement in 2025 as I was unable to return to work following a breakdown, so my own funds are limited.
With soaring costs, the future of the rescue looked bleak.

Recently, one of our visiting hedgehogs walked right under the swing seat I was sitting on, prickling my bare foot & started eating a dropped cheesy ball! 😁
I managed to lower my phone to record this.. and it's as cute and as adorable as you can get! 😍😍🦔😀
