Northwick, Worcester this afternoon. Really pleased find 2 Kestrel hunting which takes the patch to 92 for the year.
I’m posting more sightings on Bluesky with many other local/national birders. Come & join us. Time to move things forward.

The Hunters supermoon above Malvern Town this evening viewed from the Worcestershire Beacon. Unfortunately the comet was hidden behind low cloud in the west. #FullMoon#HuntersMoon#SuperMoon#LoveUKWeather @MalvHillsTrust
Incredible storm watching as the huge cell made a glancing blow to the Malvern Hills. Photo looking south of 1 of the 3 shelf clouds that passed by. For scale that is the Worcestershire Beacon. Continuous thunder for long periods. @UKStormUpdates @Handry_Outlook
Giving the new platform a try. Looks pretty good so far. A lot birders on there already. I’ll still be using this account in parallel for the time being though. Well worth a look!
Congratulations to Worcestershire Wildlife Trust for being only the 3rd @WildlifeTrusts to start using Bluesky social media platform. I’m sure this move will encourage others to follow.

In the last 2 weeks there’s been a huge movement of birders to a new place to share their sightings. If you’re fed up of the crap being pushed into your stream join us!! The algorithms here don’t like it when you name the place. Clue in the pic. See @WorcsBirding pinned tweet
