NASA has released one of the most detailed visualizations ever created of Earthโs ocean currents.
Using data from satellites and advanced ocean models, the map reveals massive rivers of moving water, swirling eddies hundreds of miles wide, and the powerful Gulf Stream carrying warm water from the Gulf of Mexico across the Atlantic.
My therapist once told me: Imagine being bitten by a snake and, instead of treating the bite, you waste time chasing the snake to understand why it bit you and prove you didn't deserve it.
A guy named Plumes goes to national parks, zoos etc and sings to animals as he plays his guitar.
The wolf here is called Dirvus, and he's the last remaining of his pack. The keepers said he had been very lonely and withdrawn and hasn't howled in a long time. Until now ๐ฅน๐ฅฐ

God is saying to You today: I am here. I love You. I don't care if You need to cry it out, I will stay with You. There's nothing You can ever do to lose My love. I will protect You until the end. I am stronger than depression and braver than loneliness. Nothing will ever exhaust Me. Hang on and You will overcome.
Guys, dolphins know how to get high. ๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ And here is how.
โThey use pufferfish. When a pufferfish gets threatened, it releases a potent neurotoxin. The dolphins figured out that if you bite the fish just gently enough, a tiny dose won't kill you, it just completely alters your perception.
โSo they pass it around to their friends like a joint, taking turns for 20 minutes straight. Afterward, they just float near the surface, barely moving, staring off into nothing.
โBesides humans, they are the only animals known to intentionally seek out altered states just for the pleasure of it. Pure stoners of the sea.๐
"Spending just 20 minutes near the ocean has been scientifically proven to significantly lower cortisol levels. Nature really is the ultimate therapy."
