@GWRHelp Hi Bradley, the back carriage (2 of 2). Not sure about carriage 1. I suggest just getting rid of the locking windows policy - it’s pointless. Only applies to a selection of trains, so anything it is trying to prevent won’t be consistent.

@GWRHelp Your air con doesn’t work (no surprise) on the 17.16 MAI-BNE despite being an “unlikely event” and your windows are locked as it is meant to have air con. Why bother? Even if it worked it’s never going to be as good as being able to open the windows. No staff to contact

@GWRHelp You need to update the plat 4 screen near the waiting room at MAI.Whenever 7.01 PAD is 5 carriages, the screen still says it is 6.
