This Christmas, we will once again be offering festive shoppers free rides on our genuine London Routemaster around Norwich city centre. All in aid of @bigctweets. Please share.

Looking for something to do on this sweltering Friday? #HopOnHopOff our open top bus tour of #Norwich, and enjoy the breeze whilst you take in the views and learn about the history of our fine city. Departs 10.30 then every hour from Castle Meadow, outside the Mall.
Konect and Lynx put out information of delayed or cancelled buses. First just tweet “good morning”, “good evening” and “sorry your bus was late, let me look into it for you” as a reply to anyone that happens to ask!
@FirstBusnews Why not have a social media presence whereby you tweet out information of delays, like train companies and other bus companies do, without passengers having to ask?
Waiting for a bus that’s now 15 minutes late and not a peep from the @FirstNorwich twitter feed. What is the point in a reactive rather than proactive social media page? Not the local team’s fault, it’s not their job, but why isn’t it? @FirstBusnews
@FirstBusnews I’m sorry but the Norwich twitter feed hasn’t tweeted of any delays for at least several days - and I refuse to believe there hasn’t been any! Just a “good morning”, “goodnight” and if anyone happens to ask they offer to “look into it”
@First_excel@MajorJackeh Define a “listed stop” @First_excel - the Excel serves additional stops to those mentioned in the timetable - it does not serve every stop, but it serves more than are “listed”. Unless you are referring to another list? #noidea
@elybltc@Cambslive@SmarterCam More the faff of queuing to use a parking machine whilst you watch your bus depart and have to wait for the next one (and then pay again!)
