Grooming is fundamentally a manipulation tactic rooted in power imbalances, and it happens between adults constantly. It's not limited to child predators. The core process is the same: building trust, testing boundaries, creating dependency or obligation, then exploiting it.

13 year olds with cellphones on this country are absolutely going to stay up late texting friends and scrolling tiktok, ect. Kids get into trouble they arent supposed to all the time. You’re asking why the sky is blue.

Why is an adult teacher texting a student at all? The power imbalance favors the teacher. He’s supposed to be the responsible adult setting boundaries in the first place. This fits the profile for grooming behavior.

Im amazed a jewish rabbi thinks he knows anything about rock bands on tour.

Touring city to city can take as many as 5-8 touring busses for staff and 15 semi trucks just for gear/merch, everything else needed to make the show happen. Then you pay for hotels, catering meals(gotta feed your workforce), venues take their cutts anywhere from 20-60 percent off the top. It's a miracle these bands even turn a profit when they do massive tours like that.

Imagine Five Finger Death Punch (or any big metal band) rolling up with their own van full of double-bass kits, massive drum risers, 50+ guitar cabs, fog machines, pyro, lighting rigs, video walls, and all the cabling that weighs more than a small car? They’d be lucky to get the trailer unloaded by soundcheck, let alone actually play a show. One wrong move and Ivan Moody’s trying to deadlift a subwoofer while Zoltan’s taped his back out. The setlist would be three acoustic songs and a lot of swearing. That shit ain't happening without professional roadies.
