@ShannonJCurtin@clhubes This is probably the only error in the movie. The phone lines go out with the power in the beginning, it is never addressed that they are fixed then he orders pizza, having said that in reality it wouldn’t take forever to fix phone lines.
Social media is basically people amplifying (retweeting, quote tweeting screen capping making a video about it, etc.) shitty opinions, and then people asking why people with shitty opinions are the loudest. I WONDER WHY.
@Comrade_Yui In its defense most top reviews are basically “this served cunt” for every other movie or something to that effect. Like others have said it’s their account so have it, but when it’s consistently the most liked reviewing it is a bit concerning.
@MuseZack Ehh, I get what you’re saying but it is an odd choice to lump The Matrix with any MCU movie, for a variety of reasons. I’m sure when people are talking about super hero fatigue The Matrix is the furthest from their mind.
@AndyGrail@MyTimeToShineH They basically did what you suggested with a different character, Thor was nearly going to be killed by Thanos to be saved by Cap. Just seems unfair that it was botched because it wasn’t your idea.
@MrNiceGuy513 You can make the most critically acclaimed movie but it can still flop if it doesn’t make the money. And the other side is you can make the worst movie that’s ever graced this planet and still be a success.
@MrNiceGuy513 If we’re going by the ratings you’re illustrating, that’s not labeling it a success or a flop. A flop is when the movie doesn’t make the money back. Which I don’t think either have, and I’ve not heard either being called “successful”
First social media reactions: "Wonka has your golden ticket to one of the most magical moviegoing experiences of all time."
Actual reviews next month: "Wonka is utter tripe. The most cynical cash grab of the year. These snooze berries taste like snooze berries."
