Ok @ShawInfo, I sent that last tweet 21 minutes ago and the wait time for chat was 5 minutes. What's going on? Still no chat. Could have waited the 1 hr phone queue by now but managed to just switch to @Telus during the wait.
@ShawInfo but good thing your chat wait time is so accurate. Got down to 53 sec & then it said serahig for available agent.... and has now popped back to 4min 21 sec. Oh wait no, we are back at 5 min now.
@ShawInfo Have internet w u & need to change my plan. 1hr wait time on phone so went online 2 find a 45 min wait for chat?! Means I had time 2 set up new account w @TELUS while waiting. Busy mom of 3 = Telus wins this 1. Set up service & made appt b4 u picked up the phone.
