Airline companies coming up with new threats to pilots to stop them from leaving. this time the new plans were devised by @airvistara. they alleged that AEP was not handed over to them and threatened to report to @BcasHq. I decided to inform the DG, BCAS myself.
Go first must not be allowed to disappear without being made to return the money collected from trainee pilots who were not given atleast 500hrs on line.
I have sent my wishes to Abhilash Lal on his being appointed as IRP for @GoFirstairways insolvency. Now, as regards Safety, unlike any other Airline anywhere in the world, we can just narrow down to 2 people as regards Go First, IRP and DG of @DGCAIndia
@anytimegorgeous Yeah just go through your video again, even the word "World" doesn't sound the same the second time you say it. Just be yourself, why to fake an accent?
@GoFirstairways giving press releases that false news has been circulated won't work out Mr. Khona just answer where are the salaries of employees they don't have money even to pay after of their kids at school. They can't even buy medicines for their old parents.@manishasinghal
A phenomenal interview. Note how Karan Thapar doesn’t just carefully tease out details of Pulawama from Satyapal Malik, but also comes down heavily on him for dissolving JnK assembly in 2018. A reminder that there is none like him in Indian journalism.

It is my experience that employees irrespective of the work they do resign from a company b’coz of 1) Their Boss 2)Company restrictive & oppressive Policies 3) Better prospects: I never made pilots or any other employee remain in the company bcoz of NOTICE PERIOD: If a pilot desired to leave I just let him go waiving notice period & released him/her at the end of the #RosterMonth : No prudent company should want a employee to remain and serve the Notice Period if he desires to leave his employment Such an employee can do more harm to the company and little good: Airlines in India have very restrictive Notice Periods: b’coz of @DGCAIndia ‘s Circular on Pilot Notice Period issued by order of @MoCA_GoI citing public interest:This Sham has nothing to do with the Safety of aircraft operations, It’s statutory obligation: Airlines need to self introspect and identify what they are doing wrong and change their policies and procedures wrt to pilots: Airlines that can not afford to pay salaries must be grounded immediately : No knowing where all else they are undertakings unsafe practices due lack of money: Contented pilots are more productive & safer: discontented pilot are more disruptive and less safer @airindiain @flyspicejet@GoFirstairways @airindiain @allianceair Do you really want discontented unhappy pilots in YOUR cockpits ? @JM_Scindia
No Indian government institutions/buildings/offices/ premises should have ANY religious signs/ texts/ symbols. And if it has, it should represent all religions equally. That's secularism. Period.
