Testing for marijuana IS a dumb rule. There is absolutely no reason why marijuana should still have the insanely negative stigma that is has. Think of all the times in US/world history where progress was not made because "rules are rules" (yeah there's a lot, and it's bad)

"Rules are rules" is the absolute dumbest argument that can be made for anything that has ever existed. There has always been dumb rules, and there will always be dumb rules.
