There are steps the employer has to go through which protect the employee from having it forced on them, but the law includes carveouts to allow those schedules.

@elitetakes_ Looks worse than it was, imo. SMU #7 is just outside in of the shot ready to break on the ball if he throws to 13. Probably still could/should have fit it in there but it would have been more dangerous than the wide open throw it looks like. Shovel pass attempt was atrocious tho
