@Hermesparcels Has done it again. Been in ALL day (because of lockdown) and Hermes still failed to delivery my parcel. It was left outside the front door of my house (for anyone to steal) again! To all brands out there - DON’T use @Hermesparcels for your delivery.

@Hermesparcels is the worse delivery service I have encountered. With packages being left outside my front door, my signature forged & not even pressing the door buzzer to deliver when I’m in to collect my parcel. This has happened repeatedly NOT just a one off.
