‼️ ATTENTION ALABAMA ‼️
🚨 Serious Concerns Raised Over Meta’s 4,500-Acre Solar Project in Stockton, Alabama That Endangers Alabama’s Ecosystem And Wildlife 🚨
The Tech Bros are at it again with their political and climate change hypocrisy. Now Mark Zuckerberg @finkd@Meta is trying to destroy “Alabama’s Amazon”.
Meta Platforms, through their partner Silicon Ranch, is advancing a 4,500-acre solar farm in Stockton, Baldwin County, Alabama, to supply renewable energy to its AI data center more than 150 miles away near Montgomery, Alabama. The Alabama Public Service Commission approved the project in late 2025, and it appears to have been fast tracked.
A public town hall is scheduled for this evening at 6:30 p.m. CST at the Stockton Civic Center in Stockton, Alabama where community members will seek answers on site selection, mitigation measures, and long-term impacts.
As someone who spends a lot of time in Alabama and cares about protecting animals, wildlife and their natural habitats, this bothers me.
The site borders the Mobile-Tensaw Delta, one of the nation’s most ecologically significant and biodiverse regions, often called “Alabama’s Amazon” for its rich biodiversity, supporting hundreds of species of fish, birds, and mammals. It offers extensive recreational opportunities like canoeing, kayaking, fishing, and hunting via the Bartram Canoe Trail system.
It features high-quality wetlands, critical habitat for federally protected species including the gopher tortoise and Swainson’s warbler, and extensive wildlife corridors. See photos of these animals below. 👇🏻
The Mobile-Tensaw River Delta is Alabama's largest wetland, the second-largest river delta in the U.S., and a National Natural Landmark, featuring a vast network of rivers, creeks, and swamps that create a highly diverse ecosystem.
It is home to over 300 bird species, numerous rare and endangered plants and animals, and a wide variety of fish, including bass, crappie, and redfish.
Environmental advocates and members of the community are outraged over the decision by Meta to locate this major development in such a sensitive area when less biodiverse, more suitable sites exist much closer to the Meta AI data center in Montgomery. The clearing of thousands of acres risks significant harm to wetlands, wildlife, and the broader ecosystem through land disturbance, sedimentation, runoff, and exposure to severe weather.
The cons of building this AI Data center outweighs the renewable energy gains.
What’s most interesting though is how contradictory this decision is to Meta’s public commitments to environmental stewardship and climate advocacy. The apparent disconnect between corporate sustainability rhetoric and the project’s ecological footprint has raised serious concerns among residents, conservationists, and those who prioritize both renewable energy and the protection of irreplaceable natural ecosystems and endangered species.
Can large-scale renewable projects genuinely advance sustainability if they come at the cost of our most valuable remaining natural landscapes?
This is a big act of hypocrisy from Mark Zuckerberg. Mark Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan have invested heavily in environmental protection, focusing on carbon removal technologies and ocean conservation through the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI) and personal philanthropy. They have pledged $44 million for carbon removal research and $50 million for Hawaii ocean conservation, while targeting net-zero emissions for Meta by 2030.
What difference does this make if they are going to destroy valuable ecosystems?
Hypocrites!

ABC News has cut ties with its senior national correspondent Terry Moran after he posted that Stephen Miller is a “world-class hater” who “eats his hate.”
Kudos to Moran for having the courage to speak the truth—and screw ABC for not standing behind him! https://t.co/Pnlqa3uK3Z
This is good 💯
Pope Francis wrote this in the Hospital.
“The walls of hospitals have heard more honest prayers than churches...
They have witnessed far more sincere kisses than those in airports...
It is in hospitals that you see a homophobe being saved by a gay doctor.
A privileged doctor saving the life of a beggar...
In intensive care, you see a Jew taking care of a racist...
A police officer and a prisoner in the same room receiving the same care...
A wealthy patient waiting for a liver transplant, ready to receive the organ from a poor donor...
It is in these moments, when the hospital touches the wounds of people, that different worlds intersect according to a divine design. And in this communion of destinies, we realize that alone, we are nothing.
The absolute truth of people, most of the time, only reveals itself in moments of pain or in the real threat of an irreversible loss.
A hospital is a place where human beings remove their masks and show themselves as they truly are, in their purest essence.
This life will pass quickly, so do not waste it fighting with people.
Do not criticize your body too much.
Do not complain excessively.
Do not lose sleep over bills.
Make sure to hug your loved ones.
Do not worry too much about keeping the house spotless.
Material goods must be earned by each person—do not dedicate yourself to accumulating an inheritance.
You are waiting for too much: Christmas, Friday, next year, when you have money, when love arrives, when everything is perfect...
Listen, perfection does not exist.
A human being cannot attain it because we are simply not made to be fulfilled here.
Here, we are given an opportunity to learn.
So, make the most of this trial of life—and do it now.
Respect yourself, respect others. Walk your own path, and let go of the path others have chosen for you.
Respect: do not comment, do not judge, do not interfere.
Love more, forgive more, embrace more, live more intensely!
And leave the rest in the hands of the Creator.”
—Pope Francis
To all the Mises Caucus members who screamed “groomer” at @ChaseForLiberty over puberty blockers:
Where is that outrage now?
@RobertKennedyJr , the guy some of you are still simping for, just appointed David Geier to lead his autism-vaccine study. Here’s a little background on Geier:
•No medical license
•Charged for practicing medicine illegally
•Pushed “autism cures” using Lupron — a drug that chemically castrates
•Gave 10x the standard dose — not for precocious puberty, but for “testosterone abnormalities”
•Prescribed it to children as young as 6
•Claimed it was a “treatment” for autism
•Cost? About $12,000 in tests, then $5,000 a month for injections
•Many of those children were irreversibly sterilized
You don’t get to scream about “protecting kids” while propping up a guy whose team castrated autistic children for cash. You don’t get to play moral high ground when your silence now screams complicity.
You’re not fighting tyranny.
You’re just looking the other way when your team’s the tyrant.
The Fifth Amendment reads in part: “No person shall … be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; …”.
It applies to any “person,” not only to citizens.
Scalia agrees, so.....
🚨 They’re Coming for Your Property – H.R. 349 (Goldie’s Act) is the Latest Attack on Your Constitutional Rights
While you were busy living your life, corrupt politicians and their animal liberation handlers have been working overtime to sneak through H.R. 349, aka "Goldie’s Act."
If passed, this bill will give the federal government unchecked power to seize and even kill animals without a warrant, due process, or fair hearings.
Who’s Behind This Tyranny?
These bipartisan sellouts introduced H.R. 349 and want you to think it's about "animal welfare."
In reality, it’s a blatant power grab that tramples over your constitutional rights and sets a dangerous precedent for government overreach.
• Nicole Malliotakis (R-NY) @RepNicole
• Raja Krishnamoorthi (D-IL) @CongressmanRaja
• Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA) @RepBrianFitz
• Mike Quigley (D-IL) @RepMikeQuigley
•Chris Smith (R-NJ)
•Zach Nunn (R-IA)
Both Democrats and Republicans are working together to destroy your property rights, your business, and your freedom.
What’s in This Bill?
Warrantless Searches & Seizures – A Clear 4th Amendment Violation
The USDA would have the power to inspect any facility at any time, without a warrant. If an inspector "feels" an animal is suffering—even psychologically—they can confiscate or kill it on the spot.
No court order. No legal process. Just a government agent taking what’s yours.
This is a direct violation of the 4th Amendment, which protects against unreasonable searches and seizures.
Property Seizures Without Due Process – A 5th and 14th Amendment Violation
Once they decide to take your animals, you can't even move or euthanize them yourself.
You lose ownership immediately, even before any hearing.
The government will decide what happens next, and if history tells us anything, those animals will be killed under the guise of "rescue."
The 5th and 14th Amendments guarantee due process before the government deprives someone of their property. This bill shreds that protection.
Crushing Fines & Federal Overreach – An 8th and 10th Amendment Violation
$10,000 per violation, per day – even for minor infractions like a paperwork error.
If you don’t pay, the Attorney General will sue you in federal court and financially ruin you.
USDA must report you to local authorities within 24 hours, forcing state and local police to act as their enforcers.
The 8th Amendment prohibits excessive fines. $10,000 a day is the definition of excessive.
The 10th Amendment reserves police powers for the states, yet this bill forces local law enforcement to become federal lackeys.
This isn't just about big corporations. This applies to small breeders, researchers, exhibitors, auction houses, even people rehoming animals.
Sound Familiar?
It should.
This is the kind of government overreach we expect from authoritarian regimes, not a so-called free country.
Are we still living in America, or is this Nazi Germany 2.0?
And where are the so-called liberty-loving members of Congress?
Why haven't they used their platforms to call this out?
They love grandstanding about freedom, but when it comes to actual government overreach, they suddenly go silent.
We Cannot Let This Pass.
Call your reps. Flood their offices. Demand they oppose H.R. 349.
If we let them take our animals without due process, what’s next?
@RealSpikeCohen When my brother passed from cancer in 2007, I had a recurring dream of him for 7 days - letting me know he was ok. My maternal grands, my dad, and brother often stop by in my dreams. Mom hasn't visited yet, but she did send a message thru FB messenger.
