Flora Mae Bjorkstrand, 26, residing in Inver Grove Heights, is charged with 2nd degree burglary and 5th degree assault.

Charges say in April she entered the apartment of her upstairs neighbor on 31xx Aldrich Ave S in Minneapolis and destroyed property.

When the resident returned, Bjorkstrand locked herself in the apartment and kept locking the door when the resident tried to enter.

Once the resident was able to enter, Bjorkstrand began attacking her by slapping, punching, and scratching the resident.

Bjorkstrand was arrested on a warrant in the case on Wednesday and remains in custody.
