@SouthwestAir It's still weird that a couple that checks in together wouldn't be assigned seating next to each other when there were still seats together. I understand you're still finding your way with this new seating assignment policy. Please take couples/families into consideration.

@SouthwestAir My husband and I weren't seated together when we checked in to our flights. I can see on the seat map that there are still options on the plane that would allow us to sit together. Why not seat us together instead of making us pay to have that choice?

@AmericanAir She's trying. There are two other flights she can make tonight. One is full. I'm betting the other one is too since this is the end of the holiday season. Again, why would a flight leave early and not wait for the customers who were delayed from another flight?

.@AmericanAir Why would you have a flight depart early when it's the last flight of the night and you know that other flights connecting to that flight are delayed? My 18-year old is stranded at the airport now.
