@CaSupremeCourt please recognize the bar causes multiple issues. There is no need for this. If the exam was proven to evaluate competency the circumstances would be slightly different.

However, with the lack of such evidence no one can logically believe the bar is necessary.

Diploma privilege for 2020 grads is a civil rights issue. There is a generation of BIPOC law grads who, with obstacles from absurd in-person and highly problematic remote exams, will be excluded from profession. Access right is a civil right. @diplomaprivileg @BarExamTracker

Why do courts fight for an exam that causes such large problems when there is no evidence of its effectiveness?

Courts need to be able to adjust to new problems, and this year, most of them failed to do so

@CaSupremeCourt you said there are many schools that wouldn't make the cut for DP. The cut it's up to you. You can allow those who are registered for the exam the option of DP. Don't create a catastrophe we all know it's going to occur with an online bar

@XicanaRebelde @CaSupremeCourt please recognize that the CA bar will be a catastrophe if MI had problems. MI is a smaller state, there weren't other states taking an online bar, and it was substantially shorter than the CA bar. Please don't wait until a disaster occurs to address the problem

@DiplomaPriv4All It's sad, but the courts showed that they literally don't care about test takers at all. If the contrary were true they would have taken our concerns into consideration.

It appears that many courts would rather fail everyone than to do something new.

@DBRodriguez5 What a joke. I used their software before and it went terribly. It's well known among law school students that examsoft is not a reliable program.

I thank examsoft for helping to keep bluebook companies around.
