But calling you a liar time after time will reduce anyone's good will to nothing. I disagree with Nick's statements as well but he's just being honest about his opinion of him.

Assuming you are talking about Nick's notice of a notice of intent, he has a public address to send things through whereas defendants might(?) be able to claim they didn't check any of theirs.
