@SomeguyfromTN@EShchelchk24130 Since a very good friend of mine was killed in a country road accident, I have been avoiding country roads as much I can. I can use FSD, avoid texting, or any distractions, but I don’t know and cannot control what other drivers are doing while driving.
This major issue with the FSD 14.3 branch is still present in 14.3.4. FSD has completely forgotten how to handle this green left turn arrow
FSD fights back if you try to hold the accelerator and in 2 of the 3 attempts this causes the wheel to fly around so much I have to grab it
This is a major issue that generally results in a critical disengagement (either getting completely stuck at the light or becoming stranded in the intersection if the car goes the wrong way - either way confusing human traffic). Rarely the car does somewhat respond to the accelerator and can be coaxed through. FSD has never had this level of difficulty going through this intersection from this direction through 14.2.2.5
@DevinOlsenn@HotposSale73172 Not true. The navigation it’s currently making is so dumb like I could have arrived home within 1 minute but the navigation is taking 10 minutes. A reasonable human would not make that choice.
FSD v14 spots a small rat (?) running across the road at night and slams on the brakes.
From a technical standpoint I’m beyond impressed that the car saw and reacted to this rat running across the road… but from a comfort standpoint I’m slightly less impressed. We fully locked up the brakes at 70km, causing everything in my car to go flying.
I think above certain speeds and for animals below a certain size FSD should behave different… what do you all think - should FSD slam on the brakes here or just continue going?
@DevinOlsenn@TeslaPatriot It’s ALL FSD issue. I am always careful when a toll lane around, because even if I checked “Avoid toll lane”, the car may get into a toll lane and I gotta pay extra.
